Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about our organization.  In 1988, Auer Mortgage was formed by the previous owners.  Growing rapidly, they quickly became a force in the Colorado Springs market.  In 1995, they grew from a "broker" to a "mortgage banker".  Simply it means they were able to underwrite and close their loans using their own funds. No more waiting on outside lenders to make a decision.  The internet became a tremendous tool and in 1999 Auer Mortgage became Colorado Online Mortgage.  Using todays technology, loans are processed more efficiently and the savings are passed on to you.  In November of 2006, AdBanc Inc. purchased Colorado Online Mortgage.  AdBanc Inc. is a holding company that also owns Adams Bank and Trust located in Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs, and based in Ogallala, Nebraska,

     In May 2008, Colorado Online Mortgage offically become Adams Mortgage LLC.  We retained all of the staff, increased our lending capabilities, added investors which improved our product mix and pricing, and are moving to new headquarters June 2008.
